Chicken Maggi is a quick and easy snack made by tossing Maggi noodles with boneless skinless chicken, egg, veggies and a few sauces. This delicious maggi is very easy to make, very addictive and comes together in 15 minutes.

The best part about this recipe is that you can use any variety of maggi that you like. Maggi is not only easy to make, but also one of the most yummy and flavorful dish loved by people of all ages and especially children.

Chicken Recipes

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion - thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 200 gm boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup peas
  • 1/4 cup corns
  • 1 small capsicum - any color
  • 2 tsp dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 plain maggi 
  • 1/4 cup spring onions - chopped


PROCEDURE

  • heat 3 cups of water in a pan over medium flame. once the water starts to boil, add the maggi noodles and cook for 2 minutes, stirring a few times while cooking and do not over cook
  • drain the water and keep the noodles aside
  • now heat oil in a pan over medium flame
  • once the oil is hot, add thinly sliced onions and saute for 2 minutes, onion turns transparent
  • add ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 minute till the raw smell goes
  • add peas, corns and chopped capsicums, saute for 1 minute on high flame
  • add chopped chicken breasts and saute for 4 minutes until cooked through, stir frequently while cooking
  • push all the ingredients to the side of the pan and break a egg in the center and slowly scramble the egg
  • once the egg is scrambled, mix everything together
  • add soysauce, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt
  • mix well and cook for a minute
  • add the cooked maggi to the pan and toss well to coat with the sauces
  • cover with lid and cook for 1 minute on low flame
  • garnish with chopped spring onions
  • transfer to the plate and serve immediately
  • Enjoy!


NOTES
  • you can replace red chilli powder and garam masala powder with maggi taste maker
  • you can add more veggies, such as broccoli, carrot, mushrooms, etc.,
  • adjust spice level according to your taste

CHICKEN MAGGI WITH STEP BY STEP PHOTO RECIPE


bring water to boil in a sauce pan, once the water boils, add the maggi noodles to the pan


cook for 2 minutes or until just cooked. do not over cook


drain the water and keep the noodles aside


heat oil in the pan over medium heat and add thinly sliced onion


saute well until it turns transparent and then add ginger garlic paste


saute well until the raw smell goes


once the raw smell goes , then add capsicum, peas and corn


saute the veggies for 2 minutes


add boneless chicken breasts 


saute for 5 minutes until cooked through, stir frequently while cooking


once chicken cooked, push all the ingredients to the side of the pan and break an egg in the center


gently scramble the egg, then mix everything


add dark soy sauce, vinegar, red chilli powder, 
garam masala powder and salt


mix well and cook for a minute


add cooked maggi to the pan and toss well with the 
tongs to coat with the sauces


cook for 1 minute in low flame and then switch off the flame


garnish with chopped spring onions
