Barnyard Millet Upma is delicious breakfast dish which is prepared with barnyard millet and mixed vegetables like beans, carrots and peas. With a twist to the regular upma this millet upma is way more healthy.

Millets are rich in fibre and minerals like calcium, copper and iron which is essential for maintaining a healthy and fit body.
