ONION TOMATO CURRY WITH STEP BY STEP PHOTO RECIPE

heat 4 tbsp of oil in a saucepan, temper with mustard seeds, urad dal, hing and curry leaves

add 1 large finely chopped onion and crushed garlic

saute for 5 minutes in medium flame until they turn transparent

add juicy chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt

  • 4 tbsp oil

  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds

  • 1 tsp urad dal

  • 1/8 tsp hing

  • 1 spring curry leaves

  • 5 garlic – crushed

  • 1 onion – finely chopped

  • 2 tomato – chopped

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 2 tsp coriander powder

  • salt – to taste

Directions

  • heat 4 tbsp oil in a sauce pan, temper with mustard seeds, urad dal, hing and curry leaves
  • add finely chopped onion, crushed garlic and saute for 5 minutes until they turn transparent
  • add juicy chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt
