 SPROUTED GREEN MOONG DAL DOSA

sprouted green moong dal dosa

Sprouted Green Moong Dal Dosa - an extremely simple and tasty healthy breakfast dosa recipe made with fresh green moong bean sprouts.

Here is a healthy twist to the regular dosa that you have been eating all this while. Made with green moong sprouts, coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger and cumin seeds. This dosa recipe has an amazing flavor of ginger and cumin seeds.

Moong Beans are one of the best source of protein, antioxidants and almost all the nutrients required by our body. These are one of the super food that should be included in diet especially if you are a vegetarian or vegan. I like to eat moong sprouts in my salads and stir-frys, but my son and hubby do not like this way. So, I have come up ways in which I can sneak these into their food. For fussy eaters, you can include these in pulao, khichdi, sandwiches, dosa or idlis.

Usually, to make dosa or pesarattu we need rice flour, besan flour for binding to make thin and crispy dosa. This time, I didn't add any binding to this batter. Still you would not face the hassle of sticking to the pan as it should easily come out once fried.
