  • INGREDIENTS

    To Grind

    • 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
    • 1/2 cup coriander leaves
    • 1/4 cup grated coconut
    • 3 green chilli
    • 1 inch ginger
    • salt - to taste
    • water - to grind
    For Seasoning
    • 1 tsp oil
    • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
    • 1/2 tsp urad dal
    • 1 spring curry leaves
    • 1/8 tsp hing

    PROCEDURE

    • in the mixie jar, add roasted peanuts, coriander leaves, grated coconut, green chilli, ginger, salt and water
    • grind to a smooth paste, adjust water level according to your consistency
    • for seasoning, heat a tsp of oil in the pan, and temper with mustard seeds, urad dal, hing and curry leaves
    • pour the seasoning over the chutney and mix well
    • serve with idli, dosa and upma
    • taste delicious

    • adjust spice level according to your taste
    • if you roasting peanuts in the home, add with skin for this chutney

    for seasoning, heat a tsp of oil in the pan and temper with mustard seeds, urad dal, hing and curry leaves


    transfer the chutney into the bowl


    pour the seasoning over the chutney and mix well
