STARTUP COOKING
Radish Paratha is healthy and delicious flatbread recipe prepared with freshly grated radish (mooli), wheat flour and with some Indian spices. This is vegan and perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Radish is a high fibre root vegetable. Regular intake of radish help one remain younger and healthier. It protects us from seasonal cold and cough. This recipe is perfect for lunch boxes and its a great choice for fussy kids who don’t eat veggies.
Radishes are rich in antioxidants and minerals like calcium and potassium. Together, these nutrients help lower high blood pressure and reduce your risks for heart disease. The radish is also a good source of natural nitrates that improve blood flow. If you tend to eat radish a little more in summer, it’s probably because it keeps the body hydrated because of its high water content.
Mooli (Radish) paratha is not just healthy but also easy to prepare. These parathas are very filling and can be served on numerous occasions like kids parties, pot lucks, buffet, etc., It goes well with plain curd or pickle.
