caramel popcorn

Caramel Popcorn is sweet, crunchy and delicious! This popcorn is quick and easy to make and it takes about 20 minutes from start to finish.

Caramel popcorn is made of popcorn coated with a sugar based caramel candy shell that is normally less than 1mm thick. This sugar syrup is heated up until it browns, thick and producing a caramelized candy syrup and then coated with fresh popped popcorn or leftover popcorn. Here I am using the leftover popcorn from the last movie night. This is one of the best way to use the leftover.

Caramel popcorn is super yummy snack and perfect to serve on evening snacks, kids parties, pot lucks, Christmas, thanksgiving, etc., This stovetop method is so delicious and 100% addictive that everyone should try.
