paneer puff
Paneer Puff, a perfect Tea time snack. Paneer puffs is similar to the vegetable puff that we all must have eaten when we were kids and also eating now but with varied stuffings. Earlier vegetable puffs was popularly available in most bakeries in India.

paneer puff

The buttery and flaky crust and the super delicious paneer stuffing made this one of my favorite snacks in recent times. These crispy, flaky savory pastries are usually relished with a cup of hot tea in the evening. You can either use homemade puff pastry or get one from the market.

Paneer puff are super simple to make, all you need is a puff pastry sheet ready to be used. Either way, the paneer puff will taste great. You can even make these paneer puff in advance and then just heat them in the oven before serving. Follow my step-by-step photo recipe to prepare Paneer Puff.
