RECIPE FOR CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRY POPSICLE

INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb whole strawberries
- 6 oz chocolate chips – dark, milk or semi-sweet
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
PROCEDURE
- Wash and remove stems from strawberries
- chop the strawberries
- puree the strawberries using blender
- fill each Popsicle mold with puree and place lid on mold
- freeze for 5 hours or overnight
- in a microwave safe mug, melt chocolate and coconut oil for 1 minute at a time
- stir well
- remove each Popsicle from it’s mold
- dip in chocolate and tap to remove extra
- let chocolate harden before placing in a mold and back in freezer
- freeze for 1 hour
- serve chill
- Enjoy !

wash strawberries
chop the strawberries
puree the strawberries using blender
fill each popsicle mold with puree
place lid on mold
freeze for 5 hours or overnight
strawberry popsicle ready
take coconut oil in a microwave safe mug
add chocolate chips
microwave for 1 minute at a time
chocolate is ready
dip strawberry popsicle into chocolate
tap to remove extra
put back in freezer and freeze for 1 hour or enjoy as it is
