INGREDIENTS
- 3 egg yolk
- 1/8 tsp salt
- pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tsp butter
PROCEDURE
- crack 3 eggs
- separate egg white and egg yolk
- store egg white for other recipes
- beat egg yolk using a wire whisk
- add salt, black pepper and chopped coriander leaves
- mix well
- heat butter in a non stick pan
- pour egg yolk batter
- cook on medium heat
- frequently scramble the eggs yolk until cooked completely
- switch off the flame
- serve immediately

take 3 egg
crack and separate egg white and egg yolk
egg yolk
beat well using wire whisk
add salt, black pepper and chopped coriander leaves
mix well
heat butter in a non stick pan
pour egg yolk batter and start to cook
cook in medium flame and start to scramble the egg yolk
egg yolk cooked well
serve immediately
