RECIPE FOR GULKAND MILK

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tbsp gulkand

PROCEDURE

  • take a cup of milk in a sauce pan
  • boil milk in a medium flame and continue to boil milk for 3-4 minutes
  • transfer to serving cup
  • add a tbsp of gulkand
  • mix well
  • serve hot

Notes: no need to add sugar, gulkand itself very sweet and if you want to add more, you can 1 tsp of sugar. Enjoy the healthy drink.

bring to boil, continue to boil for 3-4 minutes

transfer to serving cup

mix well
