INGREDIENTS:

- Take 22 oreo cookies, separate cream from the cookies. See the video
- collect all the cream in one bowl and cookies in another bowl.
- crush cookies into fine crumbs using mixer grinder or rolling pin.
- add 5 tbsp melted butter into crushed cookies
- add sugar into it
- mix until the mixture is like slightly wet sand
- spread some melted butter into 7 inch springform pan.
- apply butter into all the sides of the pan
- add the cookie crumbs
- spread evenly in the bottom of pan and press tightly
- refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hours or until firm
- in a mixing bowl, add cream cheese and granulated sugar
- beat cream cheese and sugar together for about 3 minutes or until silky smooth and fluffy texture.
- in another mixing bowl, add heavy cream and powdered sugar.
- beat heavy cream and sugar for 2-3 minutes or until the cream reaches the stiff peaks
- add cream cheese mixture
- add oreo cookies cream
- add crushed oreo cookies
- gently fold altogether
- pour evenly into prepared oreo cookie crust in the pan
- sift the cookie crumbs over the top of the cheesecake in an even layer
- refrigerate overnight
- unclasp the ring from the springform pan
