RECIPE FOR WATERMELON JELLY

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup watermelon
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2.5 tbsp gelatin
- 1/2 tsp oil for greasing
PROCEDURE
- chop 1 cup watermelon
- transfer into blender and puree the watermelon, keep it aside
- take gelatin in a bowl
- add 1 cup water
- mix well and let it soak for 5 minutes
- take 1 cup sugar in a bowl
- add 1/4 cup hot water
- mix well till the sugar is melted
- add soaked gelatin mix
- mix well till the gelatin is melted completely
- add lemon juice and mix well
- add watermelon puree and mix well
- transfer this mixture into greased mold shape
- refrigerate for 3 hours or till the jelly is completely set
- serve chill

chop 1 cup watermelon
puree the watermelon
take gelatin in a bowl
add water and mix well, set for 5 minutes
mix sugar and hot water in a bowl, mix well till sugar dissolves
add lemon juice and mix well
add gelatin mix into the hot water
mix well
add watermelon puree
mix well
transfer into greased mold
refrigerate for 3 hours or until set
serve chill
