RECIPE FOR MASALA MAGGI NOODLES

Masala maggi

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 packet maggi noodles
  • 2 maggi masala tastemaker
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp green chilli
  • 6 curry leaves
  • 1 medium size onion – finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup green peas (fresh/frozen)
  • 1 tomato – finely chopped
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seed powder
  • salt to taste

PROCEDURE

  • heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, green chilli and curry leaves
  • saute well till onions are soft
  • add fresh/frozen peas
  • stir fry in high flame for few minutes
  • add chopped tomato
  • saute well until tomatoes turn mushy
  • add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt
  • mix well and saute for 30 seconds
  • add Maggi tastemaker
  • saute well and cook for another 30 seconds
  • add 2 cups of water and close with lid
  • once water starts to boil, add noodles
  • mix well and cover with lid
  • cook for 2-3 minutes in low medium flame
  • switch off the flame
  • delicious masala Maggi is ready to serve
  • Serve Hot !

NOTE

  1. you can add vegetables of your choice like carrot, corn, broccoli etc.,
  2. adjust the spices according to your taste
  3. serve hot for delicious taste

Masala Maggi Noodles with Step-By-Step

heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped onions, green chilli and 

curry leaves

saute well till onion turn soft

add fresh/frozen peas

stir fry with onion for 1-2 minute

add chopped tomato

saute well until tomatoes turn mushy

add turmeric powder, red chili, coriander, cumin powder and salt

mix and saute well for 30 seconds

add taste maker

mix well and cook for another 30 seconds

add 2 cup water

cover with lid

water started to boil

add Maggi noodles

mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes in low medium flame
