- In a mixing bowl, add all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- mix all the dry ingredients
- in another mixing bowl, add unsalted butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar
- combine altogether
- now add egg and vanilla extract
- whisk until silky smooth and creamy texture
- add all the dry ingredients

- don’t over mix
- add buttermilk
- mix until they are just all incorporated
- line a cupcake tin with liners
- use an ice cream scoop and fill your cupcake tin
- pre-heat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit
- bake for about 18 to 20 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean when inserted in the center of a cupcake.
- let them cool completely before frosting
- decorate with buttercream frosting
- sprinkles with chocochips.
