RECIPE FOR EGGLESS TUTTI FRUTTI CAKE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup tutti frutti
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour for dusting
  • 11/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking  powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup oil (i used vegetable oil)
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

PROCEDURE

  • I took bread baking pan, the rectanglar shape
  • spray non stick cooking spray on all sides of the pan or you can use butter or regular oil
  • line a parchment paper in the bottom
  • preheat over to 360 degree F
  • in a mixing bowl, add tutti frutti and 1 tbsp of all purpose flour
  • mix well and keep it aside
  • in another mixing bowl, add all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and a pinch of salt
  • mix well and keep it aside
  • in another mixing bowl, add oil, condensed milk, vanilla extract and milk
  • whisk well till creamy texture
  • now add dry flour mix and tutti frutti mix
  • combine well
  • pour in to the bread pan
  • bake for 45-50 minutes in the middle of the rack
  • after 45-50 minutes, check with toothpick (if toothpick comes out clean its perfect and well cooked, if it’s sticky bake for another 5 minutes)
  • cool down completely
  • transfer to a plate
  • slice and serve

EGGLESS TUTTI FRUTTI CAKE STEP-BY-STEP PHOTO RECIPE

Take a rectangular baking pan, spray non-stick cooking spray

line a parchment paper

in a mixing bowl take tutti frutti

add 1 tbsp all purpose flour

mix well and keep it aside

take another mixing bowl

add all purpose flour

add sugar

add baking powder

add baking soda

add salt

mix well and keep it aside

in another mixing bowl, take oil

add condensed milk

add vanilla extract

add milk

whisk well till creamy texture

now add dry flour mix

mix well

add tutti frutti mix

combine well

pour it into the baking pan

pre-heat oven to 360 degree F

place baking pan in the middle of the rack

bake for 45-50 minutes (i baked for 50 minutes, outer cake texture is little dark, if you want light color bake for 40-45 minutes)

invert it and remove the parchment paper

Cool down completely, slice and serve with a cup of hot tea
