RECIPE FOR BUTTER COOKIES

INGREDIENTS
- 1 stick unsalted butter – room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- pinch of salt
PROCEDURE
- take unsalted butter in a large bowl
- beat well / whisk well using electric beater for 1 minute
- add sugar and continue to beat well for another 1 minute or until the mix turns smooth and glossy texture
- add all purpose flour and salt
- mix well and make like a dough, without adding water
- now pinch a small ball sized cookie dough, roll it, smoothen it and press gently with a fork
- repeat with the remaining cookie dough
- place it over a baking tray lined with parchment paper
- preheat oven at 350 degree F and bake for 15-20 minutes
- cool down completely
- store in a airtight container
- perfect for evening snack with tea/coffee

add sugar
continue to beat well for another 1 minute or until the mix turns smooth and glossy texture
add all purpose flour
add pinch of salt

place it over a baking tray lined with parchment paper
