This quick, fresh and delicious juice is loaded with carrots and is a great way to start off your day! This juice takes very less time to prepare. I made this juice with lemon and ginger, the flavor and taste was too good. Kids will love the vibrant color of this juice. It helps in improving the health of the eyes, reduces stress and helps in improving the immunity. You can also add oranges, banana and mango, this makes a great combo. Do not refrigerate this juice because it will loss of nutrients and taste differs.

RECIPE FOR CARROT 🥕 JUICE

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 carrot
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tbsp sugar 

PROCEDURE
  • wash and peel the skin of carrot 🥕 
  • chop the carrot into bite sized pieces
  • add the chopped carrot in to mixer grinder
  • add ginger, sugar and water
  • grind well until smooth consistency
  • strain the juice using strainer
  • squeeze lemon juice
  • mix well
  • serve immediately

Notes:  
  • Carrot lemon ginger combination is too good
  • adjust the sugar as per your taste
  • if you don't like ginger skip it

Carrot Juice with Step-By- Step Photo Recipe


Take 2 carrot, wash and peel the skin


chop into bite sized pieces, peel the ginger skin and cut half lemon


add all the ingredients into blender except lemon


grind well until smooth consistency


juice ready


strain the juice using strainer and press well



squeeze the lemon


mix well

carrot juice

transfer into serving glass and serve immediately
