RECIPE FOR MANGO MOUSSE

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 medium size mangoes - chopped
  • 2 tbsp sugar  (optional)
  • 1 cup fresh cream
PROCEDURE
  • take 2 mangoes, peel the skin, chop the mango and discard the seed
  • in a mixer grinder, add chopped mango
  • add sugar 
  • grind to a smooth paste and keep it aside
  • chill the bowl and beater attachment for 30 minutes to 1 hour
  • add fresh cream into a bowl
  • beat until fluffy or till it reaches the soft peak. (do not over beat or otherwise cream will curdle)
  • now add the mango paste
  • fold altogether
  • take mousse glass, layer a tbsp of mango paste on bottom of the glass
  • then add the mango cream mix and tap twice
  • freeze for 2 hours
  • garnish with some chopped mangoes.
  • tastes delicious

chop the mangoes


add the mangoes in the mixer grinder


add sugar


grind to a smooth paste


chill the bowl and beater attachment for 30 minutes to 1 hour


add fresh cream


start beating till it reaches the soft peak


whipped cream ready (don't over beat otherwise cream will curdle)


Perfect consistency


add mango paste


fold altogether


take glass cup


layer a tbsp of mango paste on bottom of the glass


now add prepared mango cream and chill for 2 hours

garnish with chopped mangoes and taste delicious
