Recipe for Instant Microwave Brownie

INGREDIENTS 

• 2.5 tbsp Sugar

• 1.5 tbsp Butter

• 2.5 tbsp Milk

• 2 tbsp Cocoa powder

• 2 tbsp All purpose flour

• a pinch of salt

• 2 tbsp chocolate chips

• 1/4 tsp vanilla essence

PROCEDURE

• In a microwave mug mix butter, milk and sugar.

• mix well until sugar is dissolved.

• add vanilla essence, cocoa powder, all purpose flour and a pinch of salt.

• mix till combined.

• add chocolate chips.

• Microwave for 60 seconds. (Timing is based on my 1200W microwave so your timing might vary).

• Allow to cool for at least 8-10 minutes.

• Serve warm & Enjoy.
