RECIPE FOR MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

INGREDIENTS

• 1/4 cup all purpose flour

• 1/4 cup white sugar

• 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

• 1/8 tsp baking soda

• 1/8 tsp salt

• 3 tbsp milk

• 2 tbsp oil

• 1 tbsp water

• 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

• 1 tsp choco chips (optional)

• icing sugar for garnish

• chocolate syrup for garnish

• choco chips for garnish

PROCEDURE

• In a large microwave safe mug,  add all purpose flour, white sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt

• mix well

• add milk, water, oil, vanilla extract and choco chips

• mix well

• microwave for 2 minutes or until cake is done in the middle (check with toothpick)

• allow to cool completely in the room temperature

• decorate with icing sugar, chocolate syrup and choco chips
