STARTUP COOKING

peanut thogayal

Verkadalai thogayal is a simple lentil chutney prepared with peanuts, red chilli, green chilli, garlic, shallots, tamarind and some seasonings. This is one my best signature dish. It tastes heavenly delicious when served with hot steamed rice along with a tsp of sesame oil, dosa, ragi kali, ragi koozh, etc., This recipe is very easy to make in less than 20 minutes.

For this thogayal recipe, i used peanuts with skin and also i didn’t  add coconut. So, you can store this thogayal in refrigerator for 2-3 days. Follow my step by step photo recipe to prepare Verkadalai Thogayal. If you like this recipe share it, tweet it and pin it. Please do try and post your comments.
