RECIPE FOR ONION RAITHA

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup curd /plain yogurt
  • 1 medium size onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 small green chilli (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • salt as needed
PROCEDURE
  • In a mixing bowl, add curd /yogurt
  • whisk well
  • add thinly sliced onions, green chillies and coriander leaves
  • finally add salt
  • mix well
  • serve with pulao, biryani or any other rice.
