Peanut Ladoo is an easy, simple, healthy and nutritious ladoo recipe with just 3 ingredients. It is made with roasted peanuts, jaggery and cardamom powder. Oil in the peanut and moisture in the jaggery is enough to bind these yummy peanut ladoo.
These peanut ladoos are great to make for krishna jayanthi, Ganesh chaturthi, Diwali or Holi. This recipe is so simple and easy to prepare under 20 minutes.
The use of adding Jaggery stimulates bowel movements and aids in digestion and prevent constipation because of its high fibre content. It prevents anemia because of its higher iron content and women who have low hemoglobin can make it a habit to add jaggery in their diet on a regular basis. It improves our immunity in many ways.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1 cup jaggery – grated or powdered
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- ghee – if needed
PROCEDURE
- dry roast peanuts on low to medium flame until the skin of peanuts starts to separate
- stir the peanuts at frequent intervals and the peanuts will starts to change the color
- switch off the flame and allow to cool them
- you can also roast the peanuts in oven for 3-5 minutes
- add roasted peanuts, grated jaggery and cardamom powder in to the mixer grinder
- grind to a smooth powder and then transfer the mixture into plate
- add a tsp of ghee and mix well
- pinch a small mixture from the plate and shape it into a small round ball and if you like, add little extra ghee for perfect round shape
- press the ladoo tightly so that it stays intact, similarly, make all ladoos with the remaining flour
- healthy and tasty peanut ladoo is ready to serve as snack
- stays good for a week

NOTES
- add extra jaggery for more sweetness
- adding ghee is totally optional, but it gives good flavor
- for this ladoo, i used peanuts with skin, if you don’t like, rub the peanuts and discard the skin

add peanuts in the pan
dry roast in low medium flame until the skin starts to separate and then switch off the flame
add into the mixer grinder
add grated jaggery and cardamom powder
grind to a smooth powder
transfer the mixture into the plate
add a tsp of ghee and mix well
pinch a small mixture from the plate and shape into a small round ball
continue the same process with the remaining mixture
Peanut ladoo is ready, serve as snack
