QUINOA BIRYANI | QUINOA VEGETABLE BIRYANI | VEGETABLE BIRYANI

quinoa biryani
Biryani is very popular in Indian cuisine, where basmati rice is cooked with vegetables using Indian spices. I use the same recipe, but replace basmati rice with quinoa. Quinoa is gluten free, which is high in protein and it contains all nine essential amino acids. It is also high in fiber. Benefits of eating quinoa:

  1. It has very high nutritious
  2. It has very high in fiber, much higher than most grains
  3. It has gluten-free and perfect for people with gluten intolerance
  4. It has very high in protein, with all the essential amino acids
  5. It has a low glycemic index, which is good for blood sugar control
  6. It has high in important minerals like iron and magnesium
  7. It has beneficial effects on metabolic health
  8. It has very high in antioxidants
  9. It may help you lost weight
