Majoon Dates Banana Smoothie is a delicious and healthy natural energy drink made with dates, banana, nuts and a milk and its packed with lots of nutrients. This smoothie is very perfect for morning breakfast or mid morning snack. It tastes so good.

For this smoothie i used regular cow's milk and you can also replace with almond milk or oats milk, it's also super good. There is no need of any sweetener for this recipe as dates sweetness is sufficient.

  • 1 banana
  • 5 majoon dates, pitted
  • 5 walnuts
  • 7 pistachios
  • 1.5 cup cow milk - boiled and chilled (replace with 


  • place all the ingredients (banana, pitted dates, milk, walnuts and pistachios) into the blender
  • blend on high speed until smooth about 1 minute
  • transfer into serving glass and serve immediately
  • Enjoy 
  • you can customize this smoothie by using different kinds of nuts
  • you can replace normal milk with almond milk
  • use a ripe banana for the best flavor and sweetness
