INGREDIENTS
  • 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp chopped curry leaves
PROCEDURE
  • heat a tbsp of sesame oil in a pan
  • add chopped curry leaves
  • saute for few seconds
  • toss well
  • make sure the idlies are nicely coated 
  • switch off the flame
  • serve hot and tastes good
  • best for school lunch box

Podi Idli with Step-By-Step Photo Recipe


take 10 mini idli




heat a tbsp of sesame oil in a pan


add chopped curry leaves and saute for few seconds


add mini idli


add idli podi


toss well (make sure the idlies are nicely coated)



serve hot
