HOW TO MAKE FRESH INDIAN MANGO JUICE

Take 2 ripe medium mangoes to begin the process. Here, I’ve used Ataulfo mangoes. You can pick any. Ripe mangoes are ideal for sweetening the juice.

Now, peel the mangoes and roughly chop them

Add the mango pieces (about 1 cup) into a blender jar, 1 tablespoon sugar to taste. You can also add ginger or mint leaves to enhance the taste of the juice.

Blend until smooth

add 1 cup chilled water

blend until smooth and it should be creamy watery consistency

strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any pulp or fibers

serve chill and garnish with mint leaves
