PANEER MAGGI WITH STEP BY STEP PHOTO RECIPE

bring 3-4 cups water to boil in a saucepan

add maggi noodles and cook according to package instructions

noodles cooked well

drain the excess water and set aside

heat butter and oil in a pan

add finely chopped onion into the melted butter

saute well until onion turns translucent

add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

saute well until the raw smell goes away

add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and cumin powder

continue to cook for 2-3 minutes until tomatoes get softened

add crumbled paneer, maggi masala powder and salt

stir well and cook this mixture for 3-4 minutes or until the raw smell goes away spices goes away

add cooked maggi noodles into the pan

toss well with the paneer crumbled mixture

garnish with chopped coriander leaves

stir well, cover with lid and cook for 1 minute in high flame and then serve hot with ketchup

Ingredients

  • 1 packet of Maggi Noodles

  • 1/2 cup paneer (Indian cottage cheese), crumbled

  • 1 tbsp butter or oil

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 1 small tomato, finely chopped

  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1 tsp cumin powder

  • 1 packet maggi masala powder

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  • salt, to taste

  • coriander leaves, chopped, for garnish

Directions

  • cook maggi noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside
  • in a pan, heat butter or oil. add chopped onion and saute till translucent
  • add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute or until the raw smell goes away
  • add chopped tomato and cook until softened
  • add crumbled paneer, red chilli powder, cumin powder, maggi masala powder and salt. stir well
  • cook this mixture for 3-4 minutes or until the raw smell of spices goes
  • then, add cooked maggi noodles to the pan and toss with the paneer mixture
  • season with salt to taste
  • garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot

Notes

  • use your favorite maggi flavor or add spices to customize the dish
  • adjust the amount of paneer and spices according to your taste preferences
  • you can also add other ingredients like bell peppers or mushrooms to enhance the flavor
