RECIPE FOR EGGLESS BANANA MOUSSE

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large banana – sliced
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3/4 cup fresh cream
  • chocolate shavings – for decoration

PROCEDURE

  • peel and slice the banana
  • add in to mixer grinder along with lemon juice and honey
  • blend the bananas to a smooth puree without any chunks
  • transfer into mixing bowl
  • add fresh cream into pureed bananas
  • blend well, using hand mixing cream blender
  • now the cream is evenly mixed with the bananas
  • pour the mousse mix in to small individual shot glasses
  • cover them with  aluminum foil
  • place them in the refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight for the mousse to completely set
  • serve the delicious ???? eggless banana ????  mousse with some whipped cream or banana slices or chocolate shavings or grated chocolate

EGGLESS BANANA MOUSSE WITH STEP-BY-STEP PHOTO RECIPE

peel and slice the banana

add into mixer grinder

add lemon juice

add honey

blend the bananas to a smooth puree without any chunks

add into mixing bowl,  add fresh cream

blend well, using hand mixing cream blender

now the cream is evenly mixed with the bananas

pour the mousse mix in to small individual shot glasses

cover with aluminum foil, refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight
